Blackpool Pleasure Beach has grown into one of the UK's largest leisure park since its genesis at the turn of the 20th century. There are many original rides and attractions going back decades still in use today. Naturally with age come ghost stories and there are several here. The main focus of paranormal activity has been the 'Ghost Train' ride which came to the park in the 1950's, and is said to be haunted by a previous ride worker who was nicknamed 'Cloggy', by virtue of the fact that he always wore clogs. His footsteps are still heard walking the dark passsages of the ride to this very day.
