Brief Episode Synopsis

NIGHT 1 of the investigation began in the Attic of the Pleasure Beach Casino where Derek connected with the spirit of James Metcalfe, who he felt had died in an accident in the 1930's. No records of James initialy could be found, however his grandson contacted the team to inform them that Derek's information was incredibly accurate. A Ouija Board experiment was attempted, where this spirit spelled out his name, and a few slight knocks could be heard. The 2nd location took the team to the Ripley's Oddities Museum, where most significantly Derek connected with an African Tribesman who had been murdered by natives, and who's shrunken head was on display as one of the exhibits. Activity included some loud banging noises and a mysterious cold spot picked up on the thermal imaging camera. The final location took the team to the Ghost Train, where again they connected with Cloggy and experienced some strange noises resembling footsteps.
NIGHT 2 saw the team venture to the most famous of Blackpool's landmarks, the Tower. Intially they investigated the lobby where Derek appeared to be possessed by a tormented spirit called 'Ernie'. During this incident the thermal imaging camera identified that the area around Derek's face was shown to be remarkably hot. The team then proceeded to investigate the ballroom, where a number of strange noises, lights and shadows were apparently experienced. The night concluded with another attempt at "Table Tipping", where as with many previous investigations the table was seen to move violently.
NIGHT 3 was based at the Winter Gardens Theatre, beginning in the main auditorium. Here Derek connected with an RAF Officer, and also felt a connection to Ballet dancers on the stage. A loud sigh or breath was also picked up on tape while the crew experienced a number of strange noises. The crew then attempted a new writing experiment on the stage, where a spirit appeared to write the initials WS or WC, aged 71. Derek had earlier connected to a man named William. The crew then investigated the Lift Area after the lift doors had been caught on the web cam opening by themselves. Here Derek became possessed by the spirit of William Stocker (or Cocker), an angry, loud man who wished them to leave, while the lift also misbehaved on a number of occasions. Next within the projector room a loud smash was heard by the team (off camera) as they left the room, and a broken light fitting was then found on a nearby table. Finally the team ventured into the boiler toom where little initally occurred, however during a seance it appeared that Karl had his face slapped by invisible handsm while Derek felt he had had his hands lifted from the table. Karl, Stuart and John were then left in the nearby access tunnel, and they too experienced a bulb smashing to the floor, while John also felt he had backed into somebody when nothing was there.
