| Brief Episode Synopsis | |
NIGHT 1
began with an early visit to the mysterious stone circle of Arbor Low, where Derek made a remarkable
suggesting that he felt the stones were in some way connected to extra-terrestrial activity, believing them to
have been intended as some kind of beacon to the heavens. Strangely enough the team also caught a strange
hovering light in the sky at that very moment. The crew then moved on to the house belonging to reverend and
renowned astronomer John Flamsteed. Here some unexplained sounds were caught on tape but little else of any
significance. The team then visited the Derby Silk Mill which now serves as an industrial museum, where the team
experienced some strange activity in the Mill’s disused lift. Yvette got trapped in a lift which is stopped
by ghosts and Derek became very stressed at some spirits. The opening night culminated with a visit to Derby's
reputedly most haunted pub, ‘The Dolphin Inn’, dating back to around 1530. Here both Yvette and Jon started to
feel sick while Cath suggested she had felt as if she had been touched by something. |
